Mátészalka kistérségi központ szerepének erősítése a városközpont integrált funkcióbővítése révén
Tisztelt Mátészalka Város Önkormányzat Polgármesteri Hivatal!
Az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Infotv.) 28. § (1) bekezdése alapján a következő adatigénylést terjesztem elő.
Kérem, szíveskedjen elektronikus másolatban megküldeni részemre azokat az adatokat, amelyből kiderül az, hogy a Városi Művelődési Ház felújítása közben, az első kivitelezővel való szerződésbontás következtében milyen mennyiségű közpénz került felhasználásra pluszban, az eredeti költségeken felül annak érdekében, hogy a Városi Művelődési Ház feújítása befejeződjön.
Az Infotv. 30. § (2) bekezdése szerint kérem, hogy a másolatokat és az egyéb igényelt adatokat elektronikus úton szíveskedjen részemre a feladó e-mail címére megküldeni.
Ha az igényelt adatokat bármely okból nem lehet e-mailben megküldeni, akkor kérem, hogy azokat a kimittud.atlatszo.hu weboldalon töltse fel.
Az Infotv. 29. § (3) bekezdése szerint adatigénylésem során a szkennelés költségén kívüli költségek megtéríttetésére nincs mód. Kérem, hogy előzetesen elektronikus úton tájékoztasson arról, amennyiben a kért iratmásolatok szkenneléséért költségtérítés megállapítására kerül sor. Ebben az esetben kérem, hogy a tájékoztatásban mellékeljen dokumentumlistát, dokumentumonként tüntesse fel az oldalszámot és a szkennelés költségét.
Kérem, hogy abban az esetben, ha az igényelt adatoknak csak egy részét tekinti megismerhetőnek, az Infotv. 30. § (1) bekezdése alapján azokat az adatigénylés részbeni megtagadásával együtt küldje meg számomra.

This error occurs because the sender sent a message to someone whose
mailbox is hosted by Office 365 and the email address is incorrect. The
error is reported by the recipient's email system, but most often it must
be fixed by the sender. An example is when the recipient changes their
email address but the sender selects the person from the recipient
AutoComplete list, which has the out-of-date email address information.
Sometimes it needs to be fixed by the recipient or the recipient's email
admin, for example, when the recipient has created a mail forwarding rule
to an incorrect address, or if there's a problem with their email address
directory. If the sender is using the correct recipient address, and it's
still not working, send a test message from another user mailbox to see if
it's an issue unique to this sender. If you reproduce the problem sending
from another user account, ask the recipient or the recipient's email
admin to confirm that the recipient address exists, is correct, and is
working. Suggest they check for misbehaving forwarding rules or possible
email address directory issues (such as directory synchronization issues).
