Tisztelt Harkány Város Önkormányzat Polgármesteri Hivatal!
Az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Infotv.) 28. § (1) bekezdése alapján a következő adatigénylést terjesztem elő.
Kérem, szíveskedjen elektronikus másolatban megküldeni részemre
az elmúlt 3 évben végrendelet vagy örökös hiányában Harkány Város Önkormányzat Polgármesteri Hivatal tulajdonába került ingatlanok listáját, a következő adatok megadásával: az ingatlan pontos címe vagy helyrajzi száma, a tulajdonszerzés éve.
Az Infotv. 30. § (2) bekezdése szerint kérem, hogy a másolatokat és az egyéb igényelt adatokat elektronikus úton szíveskedjen részemre a feladó e-mail címére megküldeni. Ha az igényelt adatokat bármely okból nem lehet e-mailben megküldeni, akkor kérem, hogy azokat a kimittud.atlatszo.hu weboldalon töltse fel.
Mivel adatigénylésemben elektronikus másolatban és elektronikus úton kérem az adatok kiadását, ezért az adatigénylés teljesítéséért az Infotv. 29. § (3)-(5) bekezdései alapján költségtérítés megállapítására nincs mód. Ha az adatok kiadása a kért módon lehetetlen volna, és iratmásolatok adathordozókra másolásához és kézbesítéséhez kapcsolódóan a hivatkozott törvényi rendelkezések alkalmazásával mégis költségtérítést állapítanának meg, úgy kérem, hogy előzetesen elektronikus úton tájékoztasson erről. Ebben az esetben azt is kérem, hogy a tájékoztatásban tételesen jelölje meg a költségtérítés számítása során figyelembe vett költségtényezőket.
Kérem, hogy abban az esetben, ha az igényelt adatoknak csak egy részét tekinti megismerhetőnek, az Infotv. 30. § (1) bekezdése alapján azokat az adatigénylés részbeni megtagadásával együtt küldje meg számomra.
Felhívom szíves figyelmét, hogy a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság NAIH/2015/4710/2/V. számú állásfoglalásából következően a jelen adatigénylés az Infotv. 29. § (1b) bekezdése alapján nem tagadható meg, mivel tartalmazza az adatigénylő nevét és elérhetőségét. Ezen túlmenő adatok megadását az adatkezelő NAIH állásfoglalás szerint nem kérheti, továbbá nem jogosult a személyazonosság ellenőrzésére sem.

Status code: 550 5.1.10
This error occurs because the sender sent a message to an email address
hosted by Office 365 but the address is incorrect or doesn't exist at the
destination domain. The error is reported by the recipient domain's email
server, but most often it must be fixed by the person who sent the
message. If the steps in the How to Fix It section above don't fix the
problem, and you're the email admin for the recipient, try one or more of
the following:
The email address exists and is correct - Confirm that the recipient
address exists, is correct, and is accepting messages.
Synchronize your directories - If you have a hybrid environment and are
using directory synchronization make sure the recipient's email address is
synced correctly in both Office 365 and in your on-premises directory.
Errant forwarding rule - Check for forwarding rules that aren't behaving
as expected. Forwarding can be set up by an admin via mail flow rules or
mailbox forwarding address settings, or by the recipient via the Inbox
Rules feature.
Recipient has a valid license - Make sure the recipient has an Office 365
license assigned to them. The recipient's email admin can use the Office
365 admin center to assign a license (Users > Active Users > select the
recipient > Assigned License > Edit).
Mail flow settings and MX records are not correct - Misconfigured mail
flow or MX record settings can cause this error. Check your Office 365
mail flow settings to make sure your domain and any mail flow connectors
are set up correctly. Also, work with your domain registrar to make sure
the MX records for your domain are configured correctly.
