Dear Center for Fundamental Rights!

I submit the following data request pursuant to Section 28 (1) of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information (hereinafter referred to as the Infotv.).

Please, please send me an electronic copy of contracts for all American and British speakers at CPAC Budapest events over the past four years.

Did money from CPAC Budapest provided by the Centre for Fundamental Rights end up being paid to American speakers or British speakers or did any money get filtered into the wider CPAC organization?

Was the money allocated by the Centre for Fundamental Rights to CPAC Budapest provided by the Hungarian government?

Please send me electronic documentation related to how the CPAC Budapest money was allocated and where that money came from over the past four years.

According to Section 30 (2) of the Infotv., I request that the copies and other requested data be sent to me electronically to the sender's e-mail address. If the requested data cannot be sent by e-mail for any reason, I request that you upload them to the website kimittud.atlatszo.hu.

Since in my data request I request the release of the data in electronic copy and electronically, the Infotv. There is no possibility to determine the cost reimbursement based on Section 29 (3)-(5). If it is impossible to provide the data in the requested manner, and if a cost reimbursement is nevertheless determined in connection with the copying and delivery of copies of documents to data carriers in accordance with the referenced legal provisions, I would like to request that you inform me of this in advance electronically. In this case, I would also like to request that you itemize the cost factors taken into account in the calculation of the cost reimbursement in the information.

I would like to ask that if you consider only part of the requested data to be accessible, you send them to me together with a partial refusal of the data request based on Section 30 (1) of the Infotv.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that, following the position of the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information NAIH/2015/4710/2/V., this data request is subject to the Infotv. It cannot be refused under Section 29(1b) of the Hungarian Data Protection Act, as it contains the name and contact details of the data requester. According to the NAIH position, the data controller cannot request the provision of any further data, nor is it entitled to verify the identity.
