Az információs önrendelkezési jogról és az információszabadságról szóló 2011. évi CXII. törvény (a továbbiakban: Infotv.) 28. § (1) bekezdése alapján a következő adatigénylést terjesztem elő.
Kérem, szíveskedjen elektronikus másolatban megküldeni részemre a GLOKALIS Művészeti és Szolgáltató Kft-vel (1144 Budapest, Ond vezér útja 5-7. 4. em. 50.
Cégjegyzékszám: 01 09 208595 Adószám: 25326167-2-42 ) 2019.10.28-2020.12.31 közötti szerződéseket, az azokhoz tartozó teljesítési igazolásokat. Amennyiben a Glokalis Kft videókat, kis filmeket készített az Önök részére, akkor kérem, hogy megadni szíveskedjenek, hogy hol (honlap, tv) és mikor lettek ezek bemutatva, ha nem lettek bemutatva, akkor kérem az okot is megjelölni.
Az Infotv. 30. § (2) bekezdése szerint kérem, hogy a másolatokat és az egyéb igényelt adatokat elektronikus úton szíveskedjen részemre a feladó e-mail címére megküldeni.
Ha az igényelt adatokat bármely okból nem lehet e-mailben megküldeni, akkor kérem, hogy azokat a kimittud.atlatszo.hu weboldalon töltse fel.
Az Infotv. 29. § (3) és (5) bekezdése alapján adatigénylésem teljesítéséért költségtérítés kizárólag akkor állapítható meg, ha az adatigénylés teljesítése a közfeladatot ellátó szerv alaptevékenységének ellátásához szükséges munkaerőforrás aránytalan mértékű igénybevételével jár. Ilyen esetben az adatkezelő jogosult az adatigénylés teljesítésével összefüggő munkaerő-ráfordítás költségét költségtérítésként meghatározni. Kérem, hogy előzetesen elektronikus úton tájékoztasson arról, amennyiben a kért iratmásolatokra tekintettel költségtérítést állapítana meg. Ebben az esetben kérem, hogy a tájékoztatásban mellékeljen dokumentumlistát, dokumentumonként tüntesse fel az oldalszámot, az adatigénylés teljesítésével kapcsolatos munkaerő-ráfordítás mértékét és annak óradíját.
Kérem, hogy abban az esetben, ha az igényelt adatoknak csak egy részét tekinti megismerhetőnek, az Infotv. 30. § (1) bekezdése alapján azokat az adatigénylés részbeni megtagadásával együtt küldje meg számomra.
Felhívom szíves figyelmét, hogy a Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság NAIH/2015/4710/2/V. számú állásfoglalásából következően a jelen adatigénylés az Infotv. 29. § (1b) bekezdése alapján nem tagadható meg, mivel tartalmazza az adatigénylő nevét és elérhetőségét. Ezen túlmenő adatok megadását az adatkezelő NAIH állásfoglalás szerint nem kérheti, továbbá nem jogosult a személyazonosság ellenőrzésére sem.

This error occurs because the sender sent a message to an email address
hosted by Office 365 but the address is incorrect or doesn't exist at the
destination domain. The error is reported by the recipient domain's email
server, but most often it must be fixed by the person who sent the
message. If the steps in the How to Fix It section above don't fix the
problem, and you're the email admin for the recipient, try one or more of
the following:
The email address exists and is correct - Confirm that the recipient
address exists, is correct, and is accepting messages.
Synchronize your directories - If you have a hybrid environment and are
using directory synchronization make sure the recipient's email address is
synced correctly in both Office 365 and in your on-premises directory.
Errant forwarding rule - Check for forwarding rules that aren't behaving
as expected. Forwarding can be set up by an admin via mail flow rules or
mailbox forwarding address settings, or by the recipient via the Inbox
Rules feature.
Recipient has a valid license - Make sure the recipient has an Office 365
license assigned to them. The recipient's email admin can use the Office
365 admin center to assign a license (Users > Active Users > select the
recipient > Assigned License > Edit).
Mail flow settings and MX records are not correct - Misconfigured mail
flow or MX record settings can cause this error. Check your Office 365
mail flow settings to make sure your domain and any mail flow connectors
are set up correctly. Also, work with your domain registrar to make sure

A 2019.11.28-án kelt, 2020.01.01. napjától hatályos, Glokalis Kft.-vel kötött vállalkozói szerződés videó tartalom szolgáltatására kapcsolatban a 2020 januárjától 2021 áprilisáig ezen kisfilmek és videótartalmak felhasználásáról, sugárzásáról nem rendelkezem információval.
Az elkészített videós tartalmak, havi bontásban az Újpesti Sajtó Kft. zárt szerverén találhatók.
Ügyvezető Igazgatóvá való kinevezésemet - 2021.04.09. - követően egy új műsor a Körkép Extra azzal a céllal jött létre, hogy a vállalkozó által részünkre elkészített videós anyagokat közzétegyük, sugározzuk.
