Tisztelt Országos Bírósági Hivatal!

Kérem, hogy a tekintetben pontosítsák a válaszukat, hogy mit
értettek "személyes adat"-on.

Tudomásom szerint a SIM kártyák tulajdonosa általában a
Szolgáltató, továbbá a "telefonszám" egy birtokolható dolog, így
azok birtokosa is meghatározható. Amennyiben a kért
telefonszámoknak a bíróság a birtokosa, akkor ezek nem személyes
adatok.
